Spectrum Labs Inc. dba Nurdle stores data scrubbed for PII such as emails, websites, phone numbers, names, etc. The data is anonymized and used for further model training purposes. All Spectrum Labs Inc. dba Nurdle customers share data with us to be used in our Data Vault for the benefit of all customers.
Security:
Data at rest, and in transit is encrypted for maximum protection. Encryption At-Rest (AES-256), Encryption In-Transit (TLS 1.2, TLS 1.3).
Infrastructure Stability:
Our services are hosted on AWS servers throughout the world for the very best connectivity, uptime, and speeds. Intelligent design makes our services easy to scale to meet the demands of billions of requests monthly.
Disclosure of Customer Content:
Spectrum Labs Inc. dba Nurdle will not disclose customer content or information unless required to do so to comply with the law or a binding order of a government body. If such a situation arises Spectrum Labs Inc. dba Nurdle will disclose so to the customer as soon as possible, unless legally prohibited from doing so.
Disclosure of Disaster, Breech, or Similar:
In the event of an infrastructure, security or other disaster, Spectrum Labs Inc. dba Nurdle will alert all impacted customers as soon as feasibly possible to begin to implement our disaster recovery plan. Spectrum Labs Inc. dba Nurdle has not been subject of such a disaster previously.
